Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS), Center for Veterinary Biologics (CVB) has a requirement for ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 training services for the CVB laboratory personnel. The objective of this training is to educate all CVB personnel in the general ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 fundamentals. A firm fixed-price, commercial services contract is anticipated for these training services. The effective period of the contract shall be on or about September 26, 2005 through March 31, 2006. The solicitation, 055-M-APHIS-05, will be released at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about July 27, 2005. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFERER?S REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFERER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR UPDATES. Proposals shall be submitted to the contracting activity by the date and time indicated in the invitation for proposal which is anticipated to be on or about August 19, 2005. All proposals shall have the solicitation number placed on the front of the proposal envelope.
