Description: Question: In Section 3, Objectives, the RFP states that the objective of the SOW is to build a new bi-directional interface between SPS and SPAWAR AMAS sites . . .. It is XX understanding that there is no outgoing transactions and therefore only an incoming solutio n is required. Could the Government clarify this matter? Answer: The interface is bi-directional. At a minimum, the customer requires a return status.
