Description

The Architect of the Capitol is seeking all qualified sources who are interested in submitting an offer for this construction project. The work includes, but limited to, providing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for replacement of two escalator, including installation of new electrical/mechanical systems and related material upgrades. The escalators are located are in the Rayburn House Office Building. The primary work consists of demolition, removal of existing escalators, providing replacement escalators and basic signage as described in the specifications. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 to $2,000.000. A request for the solicitation package is accepted only by fax to 202-225-3221, Nina A. Bryant, Contract Specialist, on company letterhead referencing the RFP No. 05C0101. A Bid Bond must accompany your offer. PLEASE, no telephone request. Note your solicitation package will be mailed on or about mid August 2005.
