Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) Set Aside: None Contracting Office Address: Description: The Forest Service is interested in leasing approximately 19,665 rentable square feet of office and related space in Springerville or Eager, Arizona. The rentable square footage shall yield a minimum of 17,100 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Parking required for 20 visitors and approximately 104 employees. The property should be located within 2 miles of the center of either Springerville or Eager, Arizona. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government is requesting the space to be ready for occupancy by February 28, 2006. Lease term is 10 years firm with two 5-year renewal options. The SFO will be available by February 14, 2005 and posted to the FEDBIZ site. Offers will be due March 31, 2005. All interested offerors may submit a proposal, which will be considered.
