Description

UNICOR FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract for Thermally Bonded Fiber Batting: This requirement will be issued as a Request for Proposal. The period of performance is anticipated from date of award trough three (3) years, with two (2) option years (if exercised). specifications. DENSIFIED-POLY, FIBER-CORE, DERBY MATTRESS. The Thermally Bonded Fiber Batting shall be used as a cushion pad between the mattress covering fabric insulator pad. Pads will be produce in various sizes, and all items shall conform to the following: Must meet or exceed minimum requirements of Flammability, which complies with California TB-117, TB-121, TB-129, TB-133. The characteristics shall be Odor Free, Non-toxic, Hypo-allergenic, and Moisture Resistant. No telephone requests will be honored. All questions/inquires shall be put in writing and addressed to the Contracting Officer indicated in this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. One original signed copy of the solicitation is to be completed in its entirety and overnight mailed to the attention of Moses Pettigrew, UNICOR Clothing & Textiles Group, 6th Floor, 400 First Street, NW, Washington, DC 20534. This requirement will be based on best value to the Government and will be All or None. The evaluation factors are: past performance, technical capabilities, and price.
