The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and facilities necessary for pickup, delivery, instructional training and storage of items. The VISN 10 Medical Centers included in this procurement are the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio, Chillicothe VA Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601, Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220, Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Outpatient Clinic, 543 Taylor Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43203, and Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third, Dayton, Ohio 45428.Solicitation will be available on or about September 1, 2005 at www.fedbizopps.gov & (Bos info) Complete offers must be received no later than September 30, 2005.
