Description

The Wilmington, Delaware Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source a contract with H*Works to analyze the patient flow through acute inpatient stay in medicine and surgery including utilization of supporting diagnostic and treatment procedures, discharge process, compile and provide report stating results of analysis, and identify and recommend flow improvements; with the ultimate result of decreased lenght of stay.This procurement is being conducted in accordance of FAR 6.302 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satify the agency requirements. However, if any firm believes it can meet the requirements they may give written notification to the Contracting Officer with in ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. If no responses are received, the Wilmington Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the sole source procurement.
