Description

The Direct Attack System Group, Contracting Directorate (DASG), Air-to-Ground-Munitions Systems Wing (AGMSW), Eglin AFB FL plans an acquisition to procure three (3) Universal Pylon Loading Adapter (UPLA). This is ground support equipment used to load/unload pylons onto aircraft. Responses to this synopsis should be submitted for receipt by the Government within 15 days of the publication date and must state whether the potential source is a small business concern IAW FAR 52.219-1. The NAICS Code/Size Standards is 332993/1500 employees. We anticipate a full and open competition; however the Government reserves the right for a small business set-aside. This is a Performance Price Trade Off (PPT) acquisition and award will be made based upon the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR 15.3. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed price. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor?s Registration database prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS Number. Responses to this synopsis should be submitted for receipt by the Government within 15 days of the publication date and must state whether the potential source is a small business concern IAW FAR 52.219-1.
