- The 301st Operational Contracting Office at NAS JRB, Fort Worth, Texas intends to award a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for the purchase of two (2), Four (4) - PASSENGER ELECTRIC POWERED SEDANS, as follows: EXTERIOR: Side view mirrors; headlamps; brake lamps; turn signals; front and rear window wipers; impact absorbing bumpers and side panels; remote locking system. INTERIOR: Front and rear multi-setting defroster; power windows and side mirrors; LCD dash display w.odometer; power locks; AM/FM/CD audio system; cup holders; map lights; digital clock, horn, cooling system (misting fan or A/C). SAFETY: 3-point safety belts; side impact door beams; ABS system; dual front airbags; fog lamps; impact absorbing steering column;theft deterrent system; laminated tempered safety glass, adjustable headrest. Must be able to attain speed of 25 MPH; must have a range no less than 35 per charge; 48V electrical system; maintenance free batteries, onboard 110V or 220V compatible charging system. DIMENSIONS: 11.1'L x 4.8' W x 5.5' H. Color: One (1) Response Red; One (1) Security Stone. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consittutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Purchase Request number is N8344705MP0123E and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-2 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This solicitation is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business In accordance with FAR Part 19. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336322, size standard of 750 employees. The contractor shall provide the following: The following are mandatory minimum system requirements for the subject purchase: Offeror?s must show: (1) The soliciation or reference number; (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; (3) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; (4) Price and discount terms (quote FOB Destination); (5) Remit To address, if different than the mailing address; (6) warranty information; (7) Estimated delivery date; (8) A completed copy of the Representations and Certifications at FAR 52.212-3, as prescribed in 12.301(b)(2); (9) Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments, if any, for acceptance of offers. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. The required delivery date is 15 September 2005. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and transportation necessary to complete this requirement.
