Description

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for 97 each of M6X-000-A17 Tactical Light with adjustable MIL SPEC 1913 rail grabber configuration with metal cross bolt. The M6X laser is a Class IIIa laser with a 3.5mw max. output, which meets the Navy Laser Safety Program. Delivery will be FOB Origin to Norfolk, VA. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 6032. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335129 and the size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation N00189-05-T-0415 will be available on or about 26 July 2005 by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the contractor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
