Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order to Government Retirement & Benefits, Inc. on a sole source basis. This is for the purchase of the annual service wide license for GRB EBIS Core System and Forms Module. Service will include support, information library, benefits calculators and electronic forms and connection to GRB Assist. GRB will provide support, maintenance, and upload periodic updates including salary data from the Agency. This is not a request for competitive proposal and NO solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider all proposals and capability statements received within fifteen (15) calendar days after the publication of this notice. Capability statements shall include pricing. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: Award can only be issued to a contractor with an active registration in the Central Contractor?s Registration database at www.ccr.gov. This registration must be active no later than the due date of the quotes to be eligible for award. For registration assistance please call 1-888-227-2423. Quotes will be due August 5, 2005.
