Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to Quadriserv for provision of historical rate rebate data. The aforementioned services are required in order to determine whether lending agents are lending funds' securities at fair prices. The period of performance for this award is: 30 September 2005 through 30 September 2006. Quadriserv is the only known source that possesses the historical capability required by the SEC. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which maybe considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
