Description
This is a Sources Sought Announcement and it will be used as market research for acquisition planning. The Lebanon VAMC is performing a market survey to find potential large and small businesses capable of providing Class 1 BCLS, ACLS, and wheelchair 24 hour ambulance services for the Lebanon VAMC. The majority of our trips are from the Lebanon VAMC to the Philadelphia VAMC, the Manhattan VAMC, and to Hershey, PA. However, the services would not be limited to those areas. The Lebanon VAMC averages 60-80 ambulance transports per month. All contractors regardless of size are encouraged to respond to this market survey. NAICS code 621910 Ambulance Services is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is as follows: To be considered a small business the average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years must be no more than $6 million dollars. Responses to this sources sought announcement will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers, which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Pricing is NOT requested. The Government will not pay for any information provided by the contractor in response to this announcement. Contractors MUST provide the following information in writing by fax or mail no later than 4:30PM on August 9, 2005.
