Description

The Thomas E. Creek Medical Center, Amarillo Health Care System, has a need to procure elevator maintenance services in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation. Contract will be for a base year with four (4) one-year renewable options. NAICS code 811310 applies to this procurement. Size standard is $6 mil. FAR Part 12 Commercial item contract applies to this procurement. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing and addressed to the Contracting Officer (504/90C), 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, TX 79106. You may also FAX your requests to (806) 354-7875. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitation package will be available on 07/25/05. Bid opening date will be 08/08/05 at 2:00PM CST. Only firms capable of meeting the two (2) hour response time should submit a proposal.
