Description

RFP 00241-05-00235 SCI project VA Connecticut Healthcare System 950 Campbell Avenue West Haven, CT 06515 Mark Reveaux, Contracting Officer/90C 203-937-4732 SITE VISITS (for both SCI and Dialysis, and Records) 1. On Thursday, 7/28/05, in West Haven at 10 AM, there will be a pre-bid conference for the Dialysis project. Location not yet confirmed, but may be in the Donaldson Education Center in Building 2, 2nd floor. Otherwise will be at Bldg. 15 conference room 2. On the same date at tentatively 1 PM, there will be a pre-bid conference For the SCI project. 3. On Friday, 7/29/05, in Newington, there will be a Medical Records Review as part of the Dialysis project. Location to be announced. The A/E will be present. All bidders are encouraged to have a list of questions to bring with them, and to be prepared to spend time reviewing drawings will be on display at the pre-bid conferences. Regarding eligible 8(a) firms: In accordance with CFR 124.503(d)1, the 8(a) firm must have an established office in Connecticut by the due date in order to be eligible to submit a proposal for either the SCI or the Dialysis project. You cannot establish an office after award of the contract.
