Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, and 252.204-7004. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with 6.302-1. WPAFB intends to award to Data Security Inc, 729 Q Street, Lincoln NE 68508-1331. The RFQ has the following line item(s): Line Item 0001- HD-1T Degausser P/N: 951-0000, Line item 0002 6- Month Certification, Line Item 0003 ? One year Service Agreement.
