DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quo tations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is W912P5-05-T-0013, and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in eff ect through Federal Acquisition FAC 97-19. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The NAICS Code is 238910. SPECIFICATIONS FOR CLOVER FORK DEMOLITION GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment and supplies and perform all work necessary to complete all demolition work as described below. 1. Demolish and dispose of buildings number 201391, 201390 and pool on tract 581( formerly owned by the Clover Fork Independent Citizens for Progress and Education, Inc. and known as the Multipurpose Center) in the Clover Fork of the Cumberland River 202 Nonstructural Flood proofing projectlnde. Structures 201392 (picnic shelter) and 201500 (Restroom Building beside the pool) are to remain. All concrete slabs, foundation walls, and footings are to be removed. 2. Demolish the pool by breaking up the bottom of the pool to let water pass through and backfill. Remove all decking to within 12inch below grade. The top four feet of the finished graded surface shall consist of clay topped with topsoil. 3. All disturbed areas shall be seeded and mulched.
