Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to construct improvements at the Mineral Ridge Boat Launch Site. General improvements shall consist of an accessible concrete walkway from the parking area to the boat docks and grading and paving the parking area. Work shall include the removal of an existing vault toilet and preparation for the installation of a new Government-Furnished vault toilet, removal and salvage of the parking area solar light and equipment box near the vault toilet, erection of a new steel pole and reinstallation of the solar lighting system. Work under this Contract is located in Kootenai County, Idaho. The work area is at the Mineral Ridge Boat Launch Site, adjacent to State Highway 97, approximately 1 mile south of Interstate 90 interchange #22, and approximately 8 miles east of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Performance Period is 45 Calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about August 9, 2005. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov.
