- Description
- The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award a contract for services to support the Pacific Mobile Emergency Radio System Hawaii (PACMERS-HI) to Information Systems Support, Inc. for the United States Pacific Command. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 517212 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The proposed contract action is for a 12-month base period commencing 29 August 2005 or on date of award, whichever is later, and two option years. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive ! proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will be available on or after 4 August 2005 at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All amendments and notices shall be posted at this website. It is the offeror?s responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments or notices to this solicitation.
