Description

The National Geospatil-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is looking for sources to purchase Digital Replication equipment. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR QUOTES IS BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number HM1571-05-R-20100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The SIC Code is 5045, computers, peripherals and software. Offerors shall provide a price proposal for the following items (NO SUBSTITUTIONS): Item 01, 6 each, Microtech Autoloader ?Express? 6-drive unit Item 02, 6 each, Immediate Deposit Replacement Agreement renewal ? 1st year at no cost with contract Item 03, 2 each, Equipment installation Item 01, will be new, refurbished items will not be considered/acceptable for this purchase. Offers will list freight charges, and any discounts being offered as separate line items if these are not already imbedded in your total proposal price. All responses to this announcement are due on NLT 3 August 2005, 2:59:59 Eastern Standard Time (EST). Electronic Quotes and faxes will be accepted, richardd@nga.mil or fax (301) 227-1461. All items stated above must be restated in your proposals as stated above, if all items are not restated your proposal will be considered non-responsive. Delivery required 30 After Receipt of Order (ARO). All hardware, software and firmware shall be year 2000 compliant as defined under FAR Part 39. Delivery is FOB Destination. A minimum 12 hour prior delivery notification is required. Again, this ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION and only quotes are being requested.
