Description

Pilates Instructional Classes: Pilates instructor to conduct classes that focus on lengthening and straightening the spine, strengthening of abdominal and back muscles, balanced use of all the muscles, flexibility, and joint mobility. Classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday 1100 to 1200, and 1700 to 1800 hours at Building #340. Performance period of from 1 OCT 05 thru 30 SEP 06, and two option years. See Statement of work for more details that will be attachment to the solicitation when it is posted. 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 5 August 2005.
