Description

Aerobics Instructional Classes: 1 OCT 2005 to 30 Sep 2006 with two option years. Contractor shall instruct 11 weeks of aerobic exercise. Must offer a well rounded program consisting of at least 6 floor/step aerobic classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1100 to 1200 and 1700 to 1800 hours. The remainder of the classes may consist of spinning, kickboxing, circuit training, aquatics, body pump, "abs" class, group strength training, dance or additional floor/step aerobics classes and will be taught at 1100 to 1200 and 1700 to 1800 Tuesday and Thursday and 1500 to 1700 on Mondays. See Statement of work for more details that will be attachment to the solicitation when it is posted. 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
