- Travis AFB intends to award a sole source renewal purchase order for software maintenance for Multi-ACCESS Record and Verify Systems to IMPAC Medical Systems Inc., Mountainview, CA. The system is located in the Radiation Oncology Dept. at the David Grant Medical Center, and the plan includes remote support, service, and upgrades. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance is from 01 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 541519 applies. This notice serves as information only. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
