- THIS MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING CHANGE IN SQUARE FOOTAGE FROM WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED: The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 314,902 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 270,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet and fifty-two (52) inside parking spaces. Refer to the "ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet" paragraph in the MISCELLANEOUS section of this Solicitation for Offers (SFO). ALL OTHER INFORMATION FROM THE PREVIOUS NOTICE TO REMAIN THE SAME. ALL PRIOR RESPONDENTS NEED NOT RESPOND AGAIN.
