Description

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing a combined synopsis solicitation for DSCA Security Cooperation Scope of work includes: Full hardware and software maintenance support for the RS/6000 AIX servers. The full maintenance support shall include both on-site and telephonic technical support, as required by DSCA?s Network Operation Support staff. The Government requires both on-site configuration management/consultant support services and emergency off-hours support. This support is necessary to ensure the full accessibility; functionality and availability of the DSCA?s mission critical information systems supporting DSCA?s senior management and user community. Offerors may download the entire solicitation, at the following website: http://www.dsca.mil/programs/biz-ops/business_operations.htm. The solicitation will be posted to this website by COB 27July 2005. All questions in regards to this solicitation should be directed in writing to Julian Boggan, Contract Specialist, Email: julian.boggan@dsca.mil and toye.latimore@dsca.mil. No telephonic request will be entertained. All question must be in writing . NO EXCEPTIONS. The cut-off date for questions is 9 AUG 2005 at 9:00 A.M. EST. Proposals are due 17 AUG 2005 at 10:00 A.M. NO EXCEPTIONS.
