- The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing a source directed combined synopsis solicitation for RSA Security tokens (fobs) for the DSCA Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP). All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. This procurement is for RSA token hardware customer support for five hundred and twenty-five (525) tokens (fobs) for the DSCA SCIP. This product will also include any troubleshooting required with the RSA token hardware product, which cannot be predetermined. Offerors may download the entire solicitation, at the following website: http://www.dsca.mil/programs/biz-ops/business_operations.htm. The solicitation will be posted to this website by COB 27 July 2005. All questions in regards to this solicitation should be directed in writing to Nadine Payne, Contract Specialist, Email: nadine.payne@dsca.mil and toye.latimore@dsca.mil. No telephonic request will be entertained. All question must be in writing . NO EXCEPTIONS. The cut-off date for questions is 5 August 2005 at 9:00 A.M. EST. Proposals are due 12 August 2005 at 10:00 A.M. NO EXCEPTIONS.
