Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to Choicepoint for the provision of online, triple merged credit reports on individuals and entities. The aforementioned services are required for official Securities and Exchange Commission's purposes. The period of performance for this award is: 13 July 2005 through 12 July 2006. Choicepoint is the only known source that possesses the capability required by the SEC. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
