- Description
- The VAMC Dayton is searching for firms capable of providing Training Services for VISN 10 Navigation Centers/Learning Exchanges. In accordance with the combined formats of FAR 12, 13, and 15 Regulations and supplemented with additional information included in the attached Standard Form 1449, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued. The RFQ Number is 552-25-05 and closes May 27, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. This solicitation is issued on a restricted basis as a total small business set aside under NAICS Code 611430; size standard is $6.0 million. Please see the Standard Form 1449 attachment with the Statement OF Work and the required FAR and VAAR clauses in the solicitation. All applicable fields must be completed including FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items (JAN 2005). Proposals will be evaluated on price and other than price factors. Preference shall be given to Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Detailed instructions and evaluation criteria are provided in the RFQ document. Only those proposals, which have been determined to meet all factors, will be considered for award. Ability to meet the requirements set forth in this RFQ shall be demonstrated by the contractor's submission of a signed proposal, which has not taken exception to the schedule. Proposals that take exception and do not meet the Government's requirement may be determined to be unacceptable and not considered for award. Offer should, therefore, contain the contractor's best terms from technical, delivery, and pricing standpoints. Any amendments to this solicitation that may be issued will be published in the FedBizOpps, the same as the combined synopsis/solicitation.
