Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to Replace Metal Building at United States Coast Guard Station Eatons Neck, Northport, NY (Suffolk County). The work includes replacing an existing 20' x 50' single story uninsulated metal building with a new 20' x 50' insulated single story metal building; foundation work; and incidental related work such as disconnecting and reconnecting electrical power to the building. The estimate cost range of this $25,000 to $100,000. Solciitation packages will be available on or about 8/11/05. The due date for proposals is scheduled for 9/13/05 at 2:00 pm local time. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 19 and is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 236210 and the size standard is $28.5 million.
