Description

Elevator Modernizations, Phase V, Bldgs 38-50-57 at Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS, Tucson, Arizona. Furnish all required engineering, design, labor, supervision, materials, tools and equipment to construct the entire project to SAVAHCS specifications. Work includes but is not limited to renovation of Elevators P1 & P2 at Bldg 50; replacement of Elevator F1 at Bldg 38; and, upgrade dumbwaiters D1 & D2 at Bldg 57 SAVAHCS, Tucson, Arizona. Contract will include guarantee period services. Performance period is 329 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. NAICS code is 238290. Estimated cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. The solicitation (Request for Proposal) will be available on/about August 12, 2005. Requests for the solicitation package may be faxed to (520) 629-4723.
