- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation F02601-05-Q-0398 is being issued as a request for quotes. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (iv) This requirement is being issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 325211, small business size standard of 750 employees. (v) Commercial Item Description: Aircraft Vinyl for Stencil Machine (vi) (15 ea) Gerber Maxx2 Cartridge Assembly (or equivalent), (2 BX) Gerber Maxx2 Cleaning Cards (100/box)(or equivalent), 3 EA of the following colors: (Grey, Champagne Gold, Black, Brown, Cobalt Blue, Dark Grey, Forest Green, Intense Blue, Intense Red, Kelly Green, Lemon Yellow, Olympic Blue, Ruby Red, Yellow, Process Pro Black, Process Pro Cyan, Process Pro Magenta, Process Pro Yellow (vii) Place of delivery: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, FOB Point is Destination.
