- Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, has a requirement for Volleyball and Soccer Sports Officials (Referees) to officiate said sports at the Elmendorf Fitness Center. It is the intent of the Government to award a Requirements Contract(s) to one or more qualified contractors offering the best price(s) for these services. The resulting contract(s) will be for a base year (Oct 05 ? Sep 06) and four option years (Oct 06 ? Sep 10). QTY is historically approximately 70 soccer and 110 volleyball games per year; however, this quantity fluctuates based upon level of participation. NAICS Code is 713940, size is $6M. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ), FA5000-05-T-0037, will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The RFQ will be issued on or about 28 Jul 05 with a closing date on or about 11 Aug 05. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award to be eligible for the award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr.gov. Upon issue, the RFQ will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site, which is at the following address: http://eps.satx.disa.mil or http://www1.eps.gov. All responsible sources may submit a written quote, which shall be considered. Please note that all documents related to this acquisition will be posted on EPS. It is recommended that all interested sources register for this solicitation number, FA5000-05-T-0037, through EPS to ensure they automatically receive all updated documents to this requirement as they are posted. See Number Note(s): 1.(Proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.) 2. Government will accept written quotes for one or both requirements. Contractors may submit multiple quotes, for example: Quote 1 for just the Volleyball requirement, Quote 2 for just the just the Soccer requirement, Quote 3 for both requirements with reduced pricing based upon award of both requirements.
