Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RCO Seckenheim intends to award a sole source contract to Edelweiss Lodege and Resort (MWR) for hotel and conference support for the period 14-18 August, 2005. A total of 122 rooms in dif ferent configurations will be required as well as full meal services, conference rooms and logistic support. Security and comfort levels must meet or exceed those of the Edelweiss and the accomodations must be in Garmisch, Germany to be considered as a po ssible alternative.
