Description: The Western Regional Contracting Office proposes to solicit from a single source using the authority of simplified procedures under the test program for commercial items greater than the simplified acquisition threshold with Puget Sound Blood Center, 921 Terry Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104. Madigan Army Medical Center requires blood and blood products on an as required basis with delivery 24-48 hours after receipt of an order. The proposed firm fixed price contract includes an economic price adjustment a nd is for a base period plus four option years.
