Classification Code: S - Utilities and Housekeeping Services, NAICS Code: 561720 Janitorial Services, Product Code S201, Custodial Janitorial Services. Office size is approximately 7000 square feet and the lawn is approximately 5080 square feet. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, equipment necessary to do the janitorial and lawn work. The government will provide light bulb, toilet paper, seat covers, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags and deodorant cakes. The project is located in Modoc County, CA, Cedarville, CA. SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE BY ELECTRONIC VERSION ON EC ON OR ABOUT, August 11, 2005 posted on http://ideasec.nbc.gov/ and will close September 11, 2005, 11:59 p.m. EST. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE MAILED TO VENDORS.
