Description: It is the intention of the US Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, Eastern Colorado Area Office, to procure proton exchange membrane based hydrogen powered fuel cell system and including outdoor enclosures from Contractors holding General Service Administration, Federal Supply Schedule contracts under Federal Supply Class 61, commercial item method.
