Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Water Resources Branch, Division of Engineering, 911 NE 11th Ave, Portland, Oregon, 97232, requires a review and analysis three "Walton Claims" filed in the Klamath, basin adjudication. Claims potentially impact the water resources of Klamath Marsh National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). The Service intends to award to Spronk Water Engineers, Inc. due to their extensive experience with the Department of Justice (DOJ) and working knowledge of the requirements of this esoteric area of water law. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and should not be a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1.
