Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to replace approximately 750 sq yds carpeting in several offices for the Marine Corps at the Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, NY. The work includes removal, disposal and installation of new carpeting, cove base molding and reducer strips in hallways and office spaces. The issue date for specifications is 12 August 2005. Estimated cost range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 442210 and the size standard is $6 million. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. Downloading from the Internet is free of charge, however, some specifications will take a considerable amount of time to download. All prospective offerors are required to register on the Naval Facilities Engineering Command ESOL website for this project when specifications become available.
