Description: The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) intends to issue an RFQ to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who previously qualified for this process through the Library of Congress FEDLINK program. Services shall include placing new and renewal orders for subscriptions to serial publications in all media and pre-paying publishers, providing administrative assistance in claiming and other routine areas of communication with publishers regarding serial publications. Written responses should include estimated pricing for the list of periodicals provided and a firm fixed service fee, to be evaluated for award.
