Description

The United States Government seeks to lease office/warehouse space consisting of approximately 3,250 rentable sq. ft in Elko, Nevada within the following designated area: North: Spruce Road; South: Lamoille Highway; West: Mountain City Highway and East: Convention Center Drive The space should yield between 2,720 to 2,990 BOMA usable sq. ft. Parking is required for 6 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must also provide approximately 1,600 RSF of Wareyard space preferably adjacent to the facility but no more than 100 feet away. Parking for the Wareyard space must provide for 3 exclusive secured spaces. New construction will be considered. Newly constructed buildings are required to meet the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) criteria of a 50-foot setback from streets and public parking. The wareyard/secured parking can be located within the 50-foot setback.
