This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation issued on 7/19/2005, RFQ # W91ZLK-05-T-0726. This amendment is issued to clarify the requirement for the OSHA Level B suits. The manufacture is Trelleborg Protective Products AB. The Suit desc ription is as follows: Trellchem HPS (High Performance Suit) T Style Non Encapsulated Suits with extra knee and elbow pads. CLIN 0001 Qty 10 Size Large; CLIN 0002 Qty 10 Size X-Large; CLIN 0003 QTY 12 Size XX-Large; CLIN 0004 QTY 4 Size Small. The closi ng for quotes is being extended to August 1, 2005.
