Description

The Amarillo VA Health Care System announces an opportunity for Architect/Engineering (A/E) design services for the design of the Operating Room HVAC system. Design will be in accordance with VA design criteria. The VA intends to contract for complete A/E services to include mechinical, electrical, architectural, and other realted design services to a firm that demonstrates a commitment to excellence. The design time is critical to project. Experience in the design of Operating Room HVAC systems is required. The total estimated construction cost is between $250,000 - $500,000. The A/E design firm must have an active production office withing 400 mile radius and have a team that can start immediately after award. Submissions of SF330 are due not later than August 11, 2005, @ 3:00pm CST. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% Small Businesses only. NOTE: SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
