- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number FA4600-05-T-0057 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than close of business on 12 August 2005. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: enrique.gonzalez@offutt.af.mil. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 332420 and 500 employees. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below. 0001-1 Job-Pressure Wash 3 UST Water Tanks. Contractor must Empty/Pressure Wash/Vacuum Interior of 3 UST Water Tanks Building 399. The work covered by this statement includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment to empty, wash & vacuum the interior of 3 UST water tanks at Building 399. There are 3-tanks: 1-500,000 gallon tank, 2-530,000 gallon tanks. All water will be disposed of on site. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR.GOV TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING QUOTE. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. All quotes must include FOB Destination and be valid for at least 30 days after the date quotes are due. This procurement will be evaluated on price alone. The contractor must submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 with its offer. No numbered notes are incorporated.
