Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Larson Systems, Inc. (Primary) (a small business) 1305 Stephenson Hwy, Troy MI 48083-1153 to provide unlimited service calls allowed and includes two (2) Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Calls for their Wicks & Wilson 4100 Microfilm Scan Station, serial number 8020247, from 1 Oct 05-30 Sep 06. The maintenance will be performed at 600 Chennault Circle, Maxwell AFB, AL. The GSA contract number is GS25F-0075M. Authority: 10 U>S>C> 2304 ? (1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 811212. The requirement consists of the following: A sole source letter from the manufacturer if Wicks & Wilson has exclusive reseller rights in North America and is responsible for all post sales activities including customer support, maintenance and product training. Any vendor representative required to perform maintenance work on-site at the Agency must have a Secret Clearance. This will be a firm-fixed type contract. If there are any interested businesses that can provide the specified service, they must respond to this notice before 22 Aug 2005 at 2:00pm. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Larson Systems, Inc. (Primary) will be pursued.
