- Description
- The contractor shall provide clinical dietitian services for Government beneficiaries beginning 1 October 2005 thru 30 September 2006, with options for four additional years, one year at a time. The Contractor shall provide care at the 22d Medical Group medical treatment facility (MTF), McConnell AFB, Kansas, and in their Health and Wellness Center. The contractor care shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. Professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) apply. The current requirement is 40 service hours per week except for weeks with Federal Holidays, but requirements may increase or decrease according to MTF needs. More details will be provided in the Performance of Work Statement that will be attached to the formal solicitation. The NAICS Code is 621399 and the SIC is 8099; the small business size standard is $5,000,000. A single Firm Fixed-Price contract with four option years will be awarded. This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Business Concerns with 4 option years. All offerors must be registered in CCR and ORCA for award. Solicitation will be issued on or about 5 August 2005.
