- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-05-Q-A038 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. NAICS Code is 334516. Small business size standard is 500 Employees. This is a small business set-aside. Fairchild AFB has a requirement for the purchase of Helium Leak Detector Kit and Rapid Curing Device per the attached Pricing Schedule, which is incorporated as part of this solicitation and can be downloaded at link: http://www.eps.gov.
