Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contract is to provide HQDA with the technical support required to: provide the continued operation and maintenance (program changes) of the HQDA DSS systems; provide the automated to ols and techniques to effectively manage, access, and manipulate the data within the HQDA DSS; recommend other enhancements (hardware/software) to the systems, to include migration away from mainframe computers to local area networks (LANs); design and imp lement enhancements; provide data access and data replication support; and provide life-cycle standardization and data modeling development.
