- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number #: W9124X-05-T-0019 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throug hout Federal Acquisition Circular 05-04. This combined Synopsis /Solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code(s) is / are 339999. CLIN 0001: Portable Building FFP QTY: 1 U/I: EACH Skid Mounted with Forklift access points on both sides, Structure Dimensions: 10 ft. W x 30 ft. L, Parting Wall located in the Center of the building allowing 2 Rooms, Size of Rooms: 10 ft. x 15 ft., Interior of building to consist of steel stud framing on walls and ceiling with 1/2 inch drywall as per Clark County Code, Drywall finish to be Skip Trowel, Interior walls and ceilings to have R30 Insulation. All doors to be in ADA compliance, Door Size: 30 x 60 inches, to be placed in side walls of each ro om and centered. To include 2 Each Windows, double pane slider, to be placed in the side wall opposing the doors, Window Size: 30 x 30 inches, Lighting: One 6 ft. twin tube florescent light centered in the middle of the room, Interior parting wall to ha ve a 30 x 60 in. door centered in wall. Each room to have 4 duplex plugs totaling 8 plugs, Electrical plugs and all wiring to be according to code, Electrical plug layout to be one plug per wall. Each room to have HVAC Unit capable of handling weather co nditions in Clark County, Phone Drops and Computer Drops installed in each room, 1 each 100 AMP or Larger service will be installed and capable of receiving power from an external power source. Flooring: Weather Tight Sub Floor of 1-1/2 in. thick materia l, Floor Covering: Linoleum, Color: White, Cove Base Color: White, Installed Under-lay, Floor Framing and all Interior Framing must meet code, Interior walls and ceiling Color: White, Exterior Siding: T111 with Vapor Wrap before installation, Interior and Exterior Trim to be of like material. Roofing: Framing must support 3/4 - 1in. Sheeting, .30# felt, Steel wide span screw down roofing, all Closures must insure a Weather Tight Seal. Exterior Color: Beige or Light Tan, or equal.
