Required delivery without First Article is 53 Each, 180 Days After Contract Award. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, CAGE Code 8V613 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks right to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
