- Furnish all labor, equipment, material, supplies, parts, and all things necessary to repair elevator located at the West Point Powerhouse, West Point, Georgia. Elevator Description: Manufacturer: ThyssenKrupp, Stops-7, Rise-111.75 feet, Capacity-4,00 0 lbs, Type-Passenger/Traction (Passenger/Freight), Speed-150fpm. In general (not all inclusive), work will consist of cleaning and repairing reusable items, replacing brokern, deteriorated and outdated items, and provide new items. It is anticipated that a fixed-price contract will be awarded based on best value procedures. Source selection criteria will be included in the solicitation; therefore, data other than pricing will be required. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS is 333921; the size stan dard for which is 500 employees. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: www.sam.usace.army.mil on or about July 29, 2005. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation. Actual solicitatio n amendments will be issued either by posting for download to the aforementioned webiste or fax.
